All online transactions are handled securely and safely by PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards, payment by check or money order, PayPal payments, and direct wire transfers.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged for all orders shipping to the state of New Jersey. It will be automatically added to order totals based on the shipping address.
Shipping
Our primary shipping carrier is UPS. Shipping is calculated during checkout and all shipping costs are due at the time of payment.
Estimating Shipping Costs:
To better help you plan the for costs of your spray foam insulation project, the basic shipping charges for our products are outlined below. We will always strive to get you the lowest shipping price possible on your order, switching to freight for larger orders and combining items wherever possible. The prices below are examples only.
Small Items: Light Covers, Safety Goggles, Tyvek Suits (all Sizes), Respirators (all Sizes), and Replacement Nozzle Tips: Approx. $12.50 per item.
Medium Items: Replacement Hose Assemblies: Approx. $15.00 per item.
Large Items: All 200 Board Ft. Kits, TF-450 Open Cell Kits, and Ignition Barrier Coating: Approx. $85.00 per item.
Extra Large Items: (These items often ship in multiple packages) All 600 Board Ft. Kits, and TF-1350 Open Cell Kits: Approx. $175.00 for the first item and $25 per each additional in the same order.
30 DAY MERCHANT/RETURN POLICY
We honor all manufacturers’ warranties and in most cases exceed them. If there should ever be a problem with any of our products you may contact our customer service at 1-800-664-0063 or email to customerservice@tigerfoam.com and we will assist you.
We are a fair and honest company with a well-engineered product line. We accept returns for 30 days from the date of purchase on caulking and sealing products only when the product is defective due to manufacturing errors or defects. This generally includes bad valves, defective mechanical parts of the hose and gun assembly and/or missing components from kits.
Tiger Foam has excellent quality control measures in place and manufacturing defects represent only a small percentage of our volume. We hope you understand and if you do happen to be one of the less than a dozen a year customers who gets a defective kit, we will cheerfully refund your purchase, including shipping, or ship you another at no charge with our profound apology.
User Error is Not Refundable
Simply put, user error is not refundable. Please read our in depth instructions prior to ordering kits and prior to kit use. We are allways happy to assist with choosing the correct product and quantity for your application as well as provide any help with the operation and/or application of our products. The Most Common Errors to Avoid
1. Clean the surface to be sprayed before you begin.
Always apply foam to a clean, dry surface. Spraying on oily surfaces, (such as wood previously used as concrete forms that have a release agent sprayed on them) will cause the foam to separate from the surface. (When in doubt, power wash it!)
2. Never spray when the tank temperature is below 60-70 degrees
Spraying when the tank temperature is below 60-70 degrees (depending on humidity) will result in a brown, runny liquid that simply doesn’t foam up. Be sure that the tank temperature is within stated operating range. (75-85 degrees F) A ceramic heater or electric heater with a fan works well. The closer they are to the ideal temperature, the better the yield and performance of the product will be. Tanks should be warm to the touch. Pre‐warm the kits 1‐2 days prior to your application to ensure the core temperature of the tanks are within range. Never apply a heat source directly to the tanks.
3. Agitate the Tanks Before Use.
Take tanks out of the boxes and shake them before using. To shake, roll tanks on their side and rock back and forth vigorously for 3 minutes each. Tanks need to be agitated before use, this improves dispersal of the propellant. Failing to agitate the tanks before use will result in less coverage and left over chemical in the tanks, but no pressure.
4. Both Valves Must be Completely Open
Our products are based on two components combining in equal amounts. If the ratio of tank A to B is not 50/50 the foam will not form correctly.
5. Change Tips Frequently
Change tips when they start to clog up or after not spraying chemical through them for more than 30 seconds. Spraying through a clogged tip will cause foam to back up into the little jets in the gun and though the kit may still spray foam, the ratio will be off. The foam will be flat and won’t rise as much, or may be off colored and not cure completely, depending on which jet gets debris in it. We have tried to make it easier to identify a kit that is spraying off ratio due to a clogged jet by providing you with clear hoses. If you see gaps of air instead of chemical coming through one or both hoses, you have a clogged tip.
RETURN PROCESS
The vast majority (99%+) of our customers have no problems at all love the product and follow the directions. Just be aware the user error is not refundable and if you have any questions or want a brief overview, please don’t hesitate to call our customer service department where you can speak with one of our knowledgeable representatives who will give you all the tips and help you need. If you have questions specific to your application or special specs or simply have an unusual use for the product, please don’t hesitate to call us.
To better serve you, we ask that you contact our return department at returns@tigerfoam.com. Please state the reason you want to return the item or if it is defective. This will expedite your credit and will give you instructions on where to return the product. Some items should be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement.
All return shipping costs are the responsability of the customer. Return shipping costs will be cheerfully refunded to you once our Quality Control Department examines the defective item and approves refund as defective product. If the returned item is found to not be defective, you will not receive a refund.
Returns that are not returned in the original product packaging and/or within 10 days and not due to defect (as in simply ordering more kits than you need and you want to return the rest) may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. In addition, the original shipping costs of the returned item are nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective. If you would like to return an item we do ask that you please return all of the parts. Some items can be subjected up to only a 50% refund for this reason.
Again, we have very few defective kits are a fair and honest company and user error is easy to identify with this product. They work excellently when used according to instructions. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.
